The first english salon

Dear all,
 
Last night 19:50 22 Jan,2007, our first Job English Salon was run very successfully. At the beginning I think 10 Min was OK my presentation, but we last more than 70 Min, everybody asked many many questions, most of the questions I was unexpectable, It's very challenge for me. So I feel very happy all of you had so many questions to ask, and from different position.It's very good for us.
 

 
After it we still have following need improve:
1. Before presentation the presenter should send the materials to every members, so let every member have some impression first;
2. During the presentation we need write more words in the whiteboard;
3. After the presentation we need discuss the presenter' s skill, give he/her some suggestions;
4. If we have time some one can repeat what she/he learn, we can check how much we learn and how effective the presentation.
